Ingredients, for 16 people:

& # 8211 a whole turkey breast (yard)

Rub the soft butter with some of the dried herbs, grated peel and lemon juice, salt and pepper. Part of this mixture is forcibly inserted under the skin.

So gas was the right choice for me. Compared to the old one, it also has a fan, but I still haven't used it, I also went for the classic cooking version. And the coolest part: it has only three buttons, this being a special requirement of mine (not to have preset programs and all kinds of settings to deal with). Only thermostat, start / stop and cooking button (classic, with fan and grill). I'm so excited that I quickly got used to him. No brain damage

Lately I've been making "lighter" dishes. More salads and even meatless food. Well, it's time to do something special, not hard or complicated. but only a little more special. And so, on Sunday, this steak appeared.

On Saturday afternoon I took a 1.5 kg bag of turkey breast out of the freezer and put it in the fridge overnight (I didn't want the meat to be forcibly thawed in the microwave on Sunday morning). In the morning, I took the turkey breast out of the fridge and put it in a tray that I had previously greased with a little olive oil and sesame oil. I turned the turkey breast in the pan to catch a little oil and I rubbed it with paprika, pepper, salt and herbs from Provence on all sides.

I cleaned the garlic and cut it into thin slices and sprinkled it on the tray and over the turkey breast.

I covered the tray with aluminum foil. I made a few holes with the foil knife and put it in the hot oven. After 50 minutes I took the tray out of the oven, removed the aluminum foil from above the tray and checked with a fork if the meat was done.

The meat being done, I put the uncovered tray back in the oven for another maximum of 10 minutes (if I kept longer, then the steak dries - something I don't like at all).

While the steak was in the oven, I always had to prepare the garnish, Fettuccine with vegetables, a very simple recipe that I made a few days before.

The steak can also be eaten with mashed potatoes or pasta (don't forget to put the sauce in which the steak was cooked over the garnish). Even as a sandwich with pickles or beetroot salad.

2 chicken breasts (about 1 kg in total)

lemon, butter and garlic sauce:
4 cloves of garlic
70 ml lemon juice (7 tablespoons) & # 8211 1 lemon
